Cinemagraphs

While researching I came across a website called coolhunting. I found an article about cinemagraphs where instead of just a photograph they make animated gifs to capture a moment. Its done very subtly so that only one or some parts of the image change. In this way you would look at it first thinking it was a photograph until something starts moving. They really capture the essence of a moment and I think normal photographic technology cant do it as well.
